Please note
If a domain already uses mailspace, email forwarding can be created in the Hosting - Mailhosting section only.
If there is no connection between the mailspace and the domain due to an accidental misconfiguration, you can correct this by creating an e-mail address under the respective domain in the Mailhosting area.
If you do not need this additional e-mail address, it can be deleted later. The connection between your mailspace and your domain will not be cancelled.
If you are using a Speedport router, it may be necessary to add smtp.moniker.com to the list of secure e-mail servers .
SPF record
You might want to create a SPF record in the settings of your domain.
Please enter the following as a TXT record:
"v=spf1 a mx ip4:193.46.215.41/32 ip4:193.46.215.43/32 ip4:193.46.215.83/32 ip4:193.46.215.84/32 include:mail.hostingww.com ~all"
If you need instructions for setting up a TXT record, please see: Domain Configuration >> How can I add a TXT record?
If you are also using other email services for your domain you can extend the record.
